Oh! Me, me, I am pretty open to anything, but I think we are leaning towards an End of Days scenario, judging by the characters so far.

Name: Drune
Playbook: Divine
Look: A man with blazing eyes wearing a perfect green suit.
Description: Drune has fallen on hard times, he used to be a force to be reckoned with in a prehistoric pantheon. Now the other deities are long gone or dormant, Drune though like his forests still endures, though a shadow of his former glory. Some days he fondly recalls the week long celebrations and sacrifices in his name, but something is coming and he has to do something. Walking the green ways and listening to the leaves he knows the End times draw near and if there are no trees nor worshippers, there will be no Drune.

Name: Maddison "Maddie" Temple
Playbook: Chosen
Look: A girl with a controlled expression in street wear.
Background: Maddie's world has been turned upside down. Her family life has always been troubled but ever since that weirdo told her that she was the 'Chosen One' things have been downright screwy ten ways to Sunday. Before she was a regular, introverted teenager with her own identity to sort out but now she's been 'chosen' to be some sort of ass-kicking, amazon love-child of Buffy and Xena. It would have impossible to believe but when things got red and messy, it felt like the most natural thing in the world. Her friends don't talk to her anymore and her family pushes her away without even knowing why. The only time she feels alive is when the blood is flowing and she's putting those things down for good. Maddie embraces the moment because somewhere at the back of her soul she can feel her time running out.

[b]Name: Jake (the Flake)
Playbook: The Flake

Actually, before we start we should do the character relationships. See how you guys know one another. Feel free to pick relationships at random or work together to create a vivid backstory.

not quite sure how this is meant to work guys but here is my idea. Jake has contact with Mr anderson through his website regarding trying to track down a couple of renegade apparent psycho's maybe Drune was the "weirdo" that told maddi she was the "chosen one" and that they are the apparent psycho's that jake and Mr anderson were looking for.

So far 50% of our group wears suits, kinda makes you feel you should've ironed your shirt or something. Is four people sufficient to flesh out our character histories?

Have a look at the Flake playbook, there is a section called History.
Each history is a sentence or two, sometimes with a question, allocate one history to one hunter until all of our hunters a history with your hunter.
We will do the same with the histories in our playbooks.
When we are done we should have a neat little web of backgrounds tying our hunters together and two histories with each other.

These are Drune's histories with the other hunters.

Jake is the person Drune goes to for for advice on mortal stuff (e.g. sex, food, drugs, television etc)

Maddie saved Drune's life, and he understands (intellectually at least) that he owes her for it.

Mr Anderson should not be involved in this situation: the prophesies don't mention him at all. This gets his attention but he doesn't know what it means yet.

Maddie's relationships:

Drune is destined to be your mentor. Tell them how this was revealed.

Jake is a friend, from school or work or something normal. Ask them what.

Mr. Anderson was a rival at first, but you came to a working arrangement.

Continued: After saving his life, Drune recognised Maddie as being the chosen one from the old prophesies. While recovering from their ordeal, he revealed his true nature and told Maddie about her role in the end of days. Initially deeply doubtful of his crazy legends, Maddie instinctively senses the truth in his advice and now that everything seems to be changing for the worse, has grown to rely on him for guidance.

Maddie You got sent to “deal with them” as a hazard to the Agency's policies one time.

Drune You met on a mission and worked together unofficially. And successfully.

Jake You were friends back in training, before the Agency recruited you.

Mr Anderson : You went through hell together: maybe a monster, maybe military service, maybe time in an institution. Whatever it was, it bound you together, and you have total trust in each other.

Drune: They're somehow tied into it all. You've been keeping an eye on them.

Maddie: You know each other through cryptozoology and conspiracy theory websites.
