Transparency for PNG Empty Transparency for PNG

Any one here better at photo shop than me, my problems is that when i make a transparency layer it just goes white when i save it as a PNG this is not meant to happen, i don't get what i'm doing wrong seems to only happen with bigger pictures, because all the dice face pictures work correctly, even the new one i made yesterday? Sad
